We’re excited to announce that Focus Healthcare recently received the 2025 Best of Home Care® – Employer of Choice Award and the Leader in Training Award from Activated Insights (formerly Home Care Pulse).
The Employer of Choice Award is granted only to the top-ranking home care providers, based on employee satisfaction scores gathered by Activated Insights, an independent satisfaction research firm. Award-winning providers work with Activated Insights to gather feedback from their caregivers via live phone interviews each month. As Activated Insights is an independent company, it is able to collect honest and unbiased feedback.
The Leader in Training Award recognizes home care businesses that consistently provide an outstanding level of staff education. Having achieved recognition for excelling in both areas, Focus Healthcare is now ranked among the best employers of in-home caregivers in the region.

To qualify for the Leader in Training Award, Focus Health implemented Activated Insights Training to provide specialized education for their caregivers. Focus Healthcare then achieved a high level of staff participation in continuing education, as well as an average of at least eight courses completed by each participant.
