MANAGEMENT TEAM

Tabatha Payne, RN – Founder and President
Tabatha describes starting Focus HealthCare Solutions in 2002 as the most challenging, exciting, and faith testing experience of her life, at least up until that point.  Operating Focus HealthCare to date has been an education beyond anything she could have imagined and has delivered the reward of fulfillment greater than she once thought possible.  Having the opportunity to impact the lives of caregivers and families in such a meaningful way is something she is profoundly grateful to be a part of.   As a Registered Nurse, Tabatha worked in a variety of areas before choosing Home Care as her passion.   Tabatha feels that meeting the needs of others is our “what”, whether that be a caregiver, colleague, or client.  And understanding that everyone has something they are dealing with is our “why”.   She feels blessed to be surrounded by incredible people who believe that what we do matters, and how we do it matters more.
