If you are interested in nominating someone who has gone above and beyond, you can submit your nomination online through Ceca’s website or through the Ceca Award App.
Anyone you nominate will be eligible to receive a Ceca Award that comes with extra recognition and a $2,500 reward. We look forward to reading your nominations!
How to submit your nomination
1. Visit CecaAward.org/guest or download the Ceca Award App.
2. Select Focus HealthCare and click Next.
3. Fill out the required form fields and click Nominate. That’s it!
