Ceca Award Nomination

How to submit your nomination
If you are interested in nominating someone who has gone above and beyond, you can submit your nomination online through Ceca’s website or through the Ceca Award App.
Anyone you nominate will be eligible to receive a quarterly Ceca Award of $250 as well as the annual Ceca National Award of $2,500 in recognition of the caregiver’s hard work and achievements. We look forward to reading your nominations!
1. Visit CecaAward.org/guest or download the Ceca Award App on Google Play or the Apple App Store.
2. If accessing the Ceca award nomination form on your browser, select Focus HealthCare from the list of organizations and click Next. If you’re using the mobile app, you’ll need to click the “Click here to nominate” button before proceeding to the screen where you’ll select the organization.
3. After selecting your organization, fill out the required form fields and click Nominate. That’s it!
