Michelle joined the Focus team in October 2024 as the In-Home Care Supervisor. Her duties include supervising the scheduling department, overseeing the caregiver experience as it relates to scheduling.
Michelle brings previous healthcare management to the team and in her words she said this about the opportunity, “New job, new start, new beginnings. I’m going to help others shine bright here at Focus Healthcare.”
We are excited to expand our scheduling operations under Michelle’s direction. There are exciting things in store for caregivers in 2025 as the result of her efforts to make sure all Focus caregivers thrive.
