2024 Best of the Northland & Home Care Pulse Awards
We are thrilled to announce that Focus Healthcare has won the 2024 Best of the Northland award for “Best Place to Work (50+ Employees)”.
This is the second time Focus has received this award and it’s a designation that we are incredibly proud of. We have worked very intentionally to create an environment where our caregivers thrive at work and at life. It is our mission to have confident, capable, and consistent caregivers who love what they do and feel valued and respected every day!
When a workplace is structured to support, reward, and encourage their staff, it fosters career and personal growth and allows employees to excel. Our employees’ continued exceptional performance this year was also recognized by a Best of the Northland award for “Best In-Home Care”.
In 2024, Focus Healthcare also achieved the designation of “Leader in Training” and received the “Employer of Choice” award from Home Care Pulse. Home Care Pluse is a 3rd-party independent survey company and resource for the industry to set the bar high for home care providers in all categories.
Focus Healthcare has won Best of the Northland awards for 14 consecutive years and this is our third consecutive year to win a Home Care Pulse award. We hope to continue fostering an award-winning work environment and to provide outstanding service to our clients for years to come.
