At Focus Healthcare Solutions, our mission has always been to help you and your loved ones live safely, independently, and with dignity at home. As part of our steadfast commitment to being the best home care provider in the region, we are thrilled to announce that we are now a certified GUIDE Ready Respite Provider.
Through our strategic partnerships with Medicare providers, we are now able to help families navigate the authorization process and provide expert respite care delivered by our highly trained team.

What is the GUIDE Program?
GUIDE stands for Guiding an Improved Dementia Experience. Launched by CMS (the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services), this is a groundbreaking program designed to provide the comprehensive support that families affected by dementia have long been waiting for.
The program focuses on three main pillars of support:
- Care Coordination: Families are assigned a dedicated dementia care navigator to help manage care and connect them to essential community resources like transportation, meals, and safety programs.
- Caregiver Training: GUIDE provides professional support and training to help caregivers manage stress, improve safety, and delay the need for facility placement.
- NO COST Respite Care: One of the most significant benefits is a yearly allowance—up to $2,500 per year—to pay for in-home respite care. This benefit renews annually and is designed to give family caregivers a much-needed break while ensuring their loved one receives compassionate, expert care.
